passing of Morton Heilig

I just heard that Morton Heilig has passed away.
He was the inventor of Sensorama - a simulator which used 
three-dimensional film, aromas, blowing wind, stereo sound and
seat vibrations to give a viewer a virtual reality like experience.
It was patented in 1962.  
As such he is considered to be one of the early pioneers of VR.
