There were actually three books in this series

Book-1 Pub ????
Book-2 Pub 1982 (2nd edition 1985)
Book-3 Pub 1985

I picked up Books 2 & 3,  7 or 8 years ago when they
were "remaindered". (I'd love to get hold of Book-1
if anyone has one for sale).

As far as I know, they are all out of print now and are
pretty much collectors' items. I've never seen any of
them offered at camera shows.
