That may appear to be a cartridge problem, but in reality it's a problem
with the viewer advance mechanism. There will be a normal range of
operational resistance encountered with any group of cartridges. The viewer
doesn't have a strong enough motor to handle that full range. There may be a
method to reduce that resistance, but if the motor and available torque were
higher, it wouldn't be a problem.
