Yours may be defective or it may be the cassette. We have not had a bad
viewer, but have had a cassette that sticks, also one with the wrong
filmstrip inside. (Rare collectors item (:(:) If in doubt return it to
place of purchase to be checked and replaced if bad. Overall they have
been great with no problems.
