Or that some people are just packrats and don't like to throw anything
away. In my recent move, I filled five small dumpsters with "stuff"
that has been sitting around for some time. A packrat's default is
to keep things unless there is a *compelling* reason to throw it away.
I'm in a mode now where I'll throw almost anything away, but it'll
probably wear off with time. Of course some of those things I tossed
were considered "collectables" by others on this list but I found out
too late (sorry about that Jon).
Maybe the fuzzy slides were kept thinking that someday technology will
become available that will post-process the image back to razor sharpness
and they want to save it for that time. Yeah! That's the ticket!
