Camera shift spacing

Hi all,

I'm trying to calculate the camera shift for a single camera stereo shot.  I
have a copy of the MAOFD but find it very confusing.

For this shot I'm borrowing a Hasselblad Superwide.  The finished piece will be
viewed as an anaglyph.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm also interested in doing single camera macro work.
