MAOFD can be confusing.  I assume you have the instruction sheet that 
comes with it; that's the first thing you need.  To get a copy:
ftp bobcat.etsu.edu
cd pub/photo/photo-3d/technical/maofd
get maofd.txt
get maofd.instr.txt
or use your web browser.
 
Can you say now what your shots will be?  Maybe you could post that 
info and I could give you a guided tour.
