5p to 7p nibble correction

Houston we have a syntax error...

When you nibble, you remove two rows, however it's *one* from the left and
*one* from the right side to change 5p into 7p. When you dress the nibble
cut with a few strokes of a metal file a few thousandths more comes off
and the window should be just right.

The one thing that needs to be checked is possible design variations in
the Radio Shack nibbling tool. The two I've bought were Taiwanese, and
they were identical re the depth of cut. However, things change...
