Adam confesses:

Yes!  I did it!  I missed 'cross-eye' in Bob's instructions!  Oh well.  At 
least I didn't come out of this empty-handed.  I learned all about vertical 
misalignment, stereo window violation, color filtering, identifying left/right 
images, the list goes on.  Thanks again for all the help, and I'm sure I'll 
be back for more *unfunded* advice...
