Gary Schacker, what is this negativity all about? Why don't you ask first
before you draw these conclusions??? Who are you calling "Intruder"???

>George writes that he was angry that a wedding photographer's slave
>flash interfered with his (unauthorized) picture taking.

"unauthorized"? How did you figure that out?

My assistant from work was getting married and he asked me to come and take
stereo pictures of his wedding. He talked with the photographer and he
agreed. It was a straight deal.

>I guarantee that this poor guy was not happy about you taking pictures
>at all, (no matter how well intentioned you are).

He had no problem with it. He knew about it, it was a wish of the groom
and bride and he accepted it. And he is not a "poor guy" but a rather
successful photographer. After he was done with his each picture I just
stepped in and took mine with his approval.

>I hope he doesn't show up at your place of business only to complain
>that your performing your job interferes with his intrusion!
>Sorry, but there are times when the old Realist should stay at home.

Lighten up Gary!

This was my second stereo photographed wedding. In the first wedding the
photographer was amazed with the stereo slides. He invited me to a "bridal
show" to demonstrate those stereo pictures and he agreed to let me work
with him in his weddings. I left a red button and some sample pictures at
his studio (they are still there). Unfortunately, the public was not as
receptive to this idea. Alan Lewis can tell you how and why.

Both couples are thrilled with the stereo pictures of the wedding and
treasure them more than the "poor" photographer's prints. That's what they
tell me at least.

These stories have been posted and commented in photo-3d at great length.
Perhaps you can do some reading to catch up, or at least ask first before
you draw your conclusions?
