MONO? TDC Project-or-view??

Was the TDC Project-or-View available in mono?
I seem to have run into one at an estate sale.
It clearly says TDC and Project-or-View on the front, however
there seems to be only one aperture for the slide's image.

Or is it indeed stereo, and I was too dumb to realize it?
(I didn't buy it.)  What do the stereo P0J's say on the label?
