Mike,
Perhaps you haven't been reading the posts?  The phrase I referenced above
and the designation of what things are "wrong" was not directed towards the
beginner.  From what I've seen, the people discussing these issues are quite
experienced.

I'm not saying that this doesn't happen.  I am saying that I haven't seen
much mention of it on the list and I'm curious about it.  Your response
simply begs the question:  if people are doing things outside of the
standards described here, what are they?
