Mike K. writes about special effects where distorting an image by
bending the "strong rules" might be applicable. Well now that
would be a different story. I am pretty sure there must be some
specific cases where there could be a reason to want to distort
in this way, but it must be in very narrow confines. In the example
you gave I don't think it would be justified but I know what your
trying to say.

There must be a case where these types of distortions would be
justified, but I don't know of any. Will withhold final judgement
till I hear from (in Mike's words) the more experienced among you,
who can conjure, a much more elaborate exception. Dr.T, might be
able to shed some light on it.
