Okay. I'll open another valve giving a possible example of where
even D|s-TortiO|\|s might be applicable, and we can go from there.
How about a "special-effects" stereo image where one is using double-
exposure with a background that's a solid rule-keeping pristine image,
but a "ghost" is being added. Ghost may want to be non-human looking
by warping/dist\tOrTion and keeping out of focus. Maybe even in FRONT
of the window -- and psuedo-stereo all at the same time. If that ghost
is sufficiently "soft" (semi-transparent) might other "strong-rules" be
bent even a little (little bit out of vertical alignment) for sake of
some "strangeness" effect to that which is only somewhat visible anyway?
The ghost could be keystoned as well (to throw that in).

P.S. - Keep in mind this is an example by a relative newbie, I'm sure the
experienced among you can conjure much more elaborate exception
examples. :-)
