This is a Keystone Junior viewer.  These are from the early 30's.  The
views for the Keystone Jr. are roughly 2.5 x 4.75 inches (6.2 x 12.9
cm).  Most of the views made for the Jr. were of the 1933 Chicago
Worlds Fair, though I believe there are other subjects.   I've never 
seen any, though.

Waldsmith doesn't discuss the Junior in any depth, but he does list the
Junior views in the listings for the 1933 Fair.  He values them about half
as much as regular views of the Fair, which seems about right, the juniors
are a lot more commmon.  I've only seen one of the regular 1933 views, but
the Juniors pop up in auctions on a regular basis.

I strongly suspect that Stereo World must have done some sort of story on
these at some point.
