Stereo Duplex

Recently purchased a Stereo Duplex and have some questions:
1. With the aid of auxillary closeup lenses how close can you focus this 
camera?
2. Does anyone have any +3 or +4 close up lenses that they'd be willing to 
sell?
3. Does anyone know of a person who would be able to remove the lenses from 
this camera and replace with a permanent set of close up lenses?
4. Does anyone know of a person who would be able to replace the current 
diaphram with one of much smaller openings? (Like F40)
