I sent slides to the Dallas lab for stereo processing.  I mailed them on
May 26, the lab stamped them as received on June 6 and I got them back
yesterday, July 1.
It was a long wait, but they were nicely mounted, the right and left
chips were reversed in only one case.  They were in a nice storage box as
well.
The price is puzzling.  I used a mailer which cost 4.39.  I included a
$4.50 check for special mounting, a total of 8.89.  The invoice said I
sent 10.81 and they gave me a 4x6 enlargement certificate as "change".
While I'd like to use them more often, I find the delay and the whimsical
pricing are a little bit irritating.
