Printing lenticulars yourself is impractical at best.

  P.O. Box 4300
  Northcross, GA 30091-4300

You may be able to find pre-paid mailers at a photo shop that
sells the Image Tech cameras.  Joel Alpers of this list used
to sell them, but I don't think he has them anymore.  I can't
tell if you are looking for reprints, enlargements, or original
processing and printing.  You may need to write or phone Image
Tech first for pricing information.
