Bolex Stereo System in presentation box

Can anyone tell me where I can find an article or more information about the
BOLEX STEREO SYSTEM for making 16mm 3-d movies?  I know the instructions
manual is available from Reel 3-D.  Just wondering if there are any articles
in an old copy of Stereo World or other publications.  Any information on
the total contents of the presentation box would also be appreciated.  I
noticed Dalia had one listed in one of her catalogs but I couldn't tell what
all should be there.  Thanks.
