Push/Pull processing

Although not directly 3d, my question pertains to push/pull 
processing.  I discovered that during my first stereo shooting 
experience, my metering was off and I over-exposed most, if 
not all of the shots (as a result of using my slr to meter and 
erroneously dropping the trailing '0' from the shutter speed 
reading -- don't ask!!).  Sooo, can anyone tell me how push 
or pull processing could help me, and do you know of anyone 
that would do it at a reasonable cost, and return the negs 
uncut?
