Adam is exactly right on that point.

Close.  As Bob has mentioned, East Texas State University was absorbed
in to the Texas A & M system.  The school is located in (or somewhat
near?) Commerce, Texas, so the shool is now known as Texas A&M-Commerce.
The servers haven't changed, just the domain name.
