I saw something similar, although I can't remember if it was JUST 
multi-image, or both multi-image and three-dimensional.  It was on 
a music CD cover (the case had the ridges and the image was on 
the inlay if I'm not mistaken).  What I do remember is that the artist 
is The Future Sound of London, and I don't remember what title it is.
If you _really_ want to know, e-mail me off list and I'll let you know 
next time I make a trip to the store.  I may buy it since I like the 
group anyway.
