Realist 2.8 w/ double-exposure prevention problem

I recently purchased a 2.8 Ektar Realist, and I'm finally getting
around to getting that first roll of film through it. I've noticed a
couple of problems, and I'm not sure how serious they are or how to
get them corrected.
1) After you take a picture and wind the film, the little "red
dot" warning goes away, as it should. However, if you tip
the camera, the red dot comes back again, the the shutter
locks. Pulling out the double-exposure pin clears this, but
then tipping the camera again induces the problem again. Has
anyone seen anything like this? Any way to correct it?
2) The rewind knob has a tendency to pop up slightly ... not
enough to disengage the film, but enough to make an audible
"click" when it's pushed down again.
Has anyone encountered problems like these? Do I need to send this to
Zak? I haven't even finished my first roll in this, so I don't know
what other problems may be in store.
Thanks,
-pd
