Someone asked,
"--What polarizers does IMAX use for their 3-D theaters?"

I attended the IMAX located at Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas. We went
with a couple of friends and all enjoyed the movie. Val Kilmer looked like
he was sitting right with you....
Ghosting was severe, particularly in the aforementioned high-0contrast
situations. I found it difficult to ignore the ghosting and concentrate on
the movie.

I am quite sure that IMAX was using the "Lao-tse" Polarizers. There is
little doubt, for the whole effect cried out, "Lao-tse!". ;-)

While it was a lao-tse experience, the movie was quite good. Dare I say, it
would have been more enjoyable in 2D? the ghosting just about _ruined_ my
enjoyment of the film.
