I take it you haven't seen the holographic foil "stamped" envelopes?  I
put "stamp" in quotes because the foil holo is actually behind a plastic
window inside a little pocket in the envelope, it isn't technically a
stamp.

If the Post Office is willing to make these, I can't see why they wouldn't
consider some other kind of stereo stamp; an anaglyph would have to be
cheaper than a holo foil.
