Belplasca, Question No. 3

Thanks to John B. for his help in adjusting the infinity focus
on the Belplasca.  It only took a few minutes and it works
fine now...

Question no. 2, "(How) Can the Belplasca double-expose?" remains
unanswered.  We move to question No. 3:

The flash does not work.  I opened the bottom and there are two
contacts that don't work.  Two little colored wires go inside
the camera.  I removed the lens' board from the front to find these
wires but are located behind the shutter and did not want to
try and remove that.

Is there an easier way to access these contacts and figure out
why isn't the flash contact working?
