Regarding the thread about popularizing stereo photography, I figure a good
method is the one-at-a-time approach...a friend of mine was going on
vacation to the Yucatan, to some out-of-the-way Mayan excavations in
progress.  She was bringing some SLR cameras to take some serious pictures,
so I asked if she'd take my Realist along; she happily agreed to.  It was
quick work showing the mechanics of the camera, and I've got the 'Sunny-16'
exposure table taped to the back.  It will be great to see what someone new
to the field picks out for stereo effect with such subject matter!  She's
due back after Labor Day; I can hardly wait.
