Just come back on-line after a service provider outage, and I see that
this question has now been answered.

Strangely, this was the first thing that I had to do on my first
Belplasca when I got my first film back, fuzzy :-( :-( :-(

I don't have time to go through all the digest follow-ups at the moment,
but I believe that you were also asking how to double expose?

This is actually quite easy, but not too intuitive! All you need to do
is to wind back the film a sprocket or so (use the rewind release). Now
wind forward again until the wind-on stops and take your double
exposure. This works because the framing is controlled by means of a
measuring sprocket wheel. This only rotates as the film is advanced, and
stays engaged with the sprocket holes in the film whilst it is loaded.

A side effect of this is that you can't use the camera unless the film
is loaded correctly. No film moving, no sprocket wheel turning, no
shutter release unlocking...

You've also asked about the flash synch. Removal of the shutter
mechanism is actually quite straightforward. I can't remember all the
details, but it's just held in by four screws - on in each corner.
Remove the lens panel first (four more screws).
