Oh - you mean you haven't even got THAT far :-) :-) :-)

Right-oh, but it's all from a very faulty memory!

First remove the bezels and stop rings from around the lenses. Next the
shutter dial - one screw under the leatherette disk.

Now, four small screws under the body leatherette - gently lift up the
"flaps" that cover the join and butt up to the lens surround "box". This
"box" then lifts off to reveal the lens panel.

This is simply retained by four more screws - but watch out for paper
shims behind the panel to true it up.

Behind this is the shutter panel, again retained with four cheesehead
screws. The mechanism is in the centre of this panel, and I guess the
flash synch will be found on the back.

Hope that helps - it's all quite intuitive - no springs flying out!
