Best polarizing glasses?

The other day I was trying to copy a vectograph, to use in my
stereo presentations. I used a polorizing lens' filter that I
found in my inventory of lens' filters and it worked very well.
Better than my deluxe stereo projection polarizing glasses and
other polarizing filters that I happened to have around. The
vectograph that I was trying to copy showed a good amount of
ghosting and that made a good test for glasses/filters.

I was thinking maybe I can use two of them (I have two, got them
at Porter's at some closeout, nice quality glass for only a few
dollars each) and mount them in a glass frame. Of course, I will
look funny but I will have the best glasses in the audience.
Another advantage of using these is that they can be fine-tuned
and adjusted for any projector, including those who do not follow
the standard orientation convention.

Any comments?
