I reverse roll the film, not too tight, and let it sit for a few hours.
After that it's flat enough to stay in place when I fold the mount over.

I use small pieces of silver mylar tape to hold the chips in position
when I need to tilt them to correct improper camera technique. The
ability to tilt the chips is one of the main reasons I use cardboard
mounts. To seal them I've been using a cheap laminating machine that I
modified to allow temperature control.
