That depends on the meaning of computer graphics.
To generate stereoviews I find Ray Dream Studio very useful.

A color printer, or a b/w printer with a cyan and a red cartridge.
The colorprinter is to bee preferred.

Yes - You should use the european standard - red/cyan - for minimum
ghosting, and print the red/cyan anaglypf on a standard color printer.
I use a HP InkJet with good results.
