I scan stereo slides for three uses.

1. Post stereo images on my web pages. I'm working on a Burning Man
   1997 web page that will have 20 images in a variety of stereo
   formats, including anaglyphic and interlaced LCS.
2. Compositing images to create special effects and fantasy scenes for
   transfer back to slide film.
3. Computer monitor viewing using LC glasses.

Having my own slide scanner gives me quality control.
