Kodalux,yuck!!!

I have a friend that recently waited 4 weeks to receive her stereo slides
from Kodalux. It took many frustrating phone conversations with a rude
person (obviously overcompensating for an acute lack of knowledge), only to
ultimately be sent someone else's slides!  They never found hers, but did
offer two rolls of film with processing as compensation.  That's all very
well and good, except that when she sent them her exposed film, what she
got back was so poorly mounted as to be useless.  And pulling apart their
mounts was no easy task.  My advise...STAY AWAY FROM KODALUX.
