I am not really interested in defining a specific format for this CD.
Rather, I would like to present what has been presented altready. I
suppose there would be room for others to present more than they are
now, but I think the 10 MB cap is a good size limiter for starters.
Beyond that, I can't imagine leaving any format off... If it is some
hardware dependant format, it could still be there, it just may not be
accessible to anyone without that hardware... (I suspect there will be
VERY little of this...)

Actually, I am talking about "hand" burning these myself. One at a
time... Filling orders. I will not be making a "run", so there really is
no way to lower the costs that way.
