C3D assembly of content

    Regarding the assembly of the material prior to 'burning' the proposed
    C3D, there are a number of programs around (some shareware) that will
    allow you to load a website from the internet to local storage and then
    subsequently do searches and browse that material offline using your
    favourite browser software. Any browser plugins needed for JPS, NEO
    formats etc could be provided on the CD if required for loading into
    your browser if not already available. The assembly of material
    for C3D could be possibly made easier with the use of such a program and
    I believe it is possible to specify the way that links to other sites
    are handled at content assembly time so that where the content is not on
    the CD the browser can launch your Internet connection automatically to
    get the link material if not available on the CD. I have some CD's
    containing a variety of materials that may be browsed in way described
    complete with a search engine to help you find something that you may be
    looking for.
