You won't use a REAL stereo camera for cost reasons? There are many
available in the $75 - $100 range. Is that too much?
Low end stereo adapters many save you forty or fifty dollars of that, but
you will definately be getting an inferior product in my opinion. Pentax
stereo adapters tend to go for well over $100 these days, so you will be
saving nothing there.
The only reason I'd use an attachment would be the convenience of
processing, not for the image quality. If convenience is your only concern,
then go for it. But if you truly want to be dazzled with 3D, for the the
real stuff!
