This is a repost of information distributed about a year ago.  The book has
3-D renderings of classical paintings and include a fold up viewer
arrangement.  It is quite well done.  Several people have wanted more
information to order the book:

I found the price tag on mine and it cost $73.40.  That is way on the high
side.  You should be able to get it for less, depending on the charges your
bookstore has on special orders.
