JPS now functional

JPS & DepthCharge work!

I corrected the files of Burning Man 3-D 1997 
so the JPS files work as they should with 
DepthCharge. Just a little more HTML code 
and using the fixjps utility on the files.
I'm impressed with how well DepthCharge 
works. If it, or compatible browser plug-ins, 
were more widely used then I could have saved 
about 100 hours of file conversion and HTML 
coding. All that work is done by DepthCharge 
on the fly. However, since it isn't widely 
used it just added one more format to cover.
