Many thanks to John Fairstein for following up Bill Davis' excellent
message regarding Kodalux alternatives with:

I visited the web site and e-mailed Keith for some additional
information.  Just thought I would post what I learned, hopefully
before Keith gets flooded with the same questions from all 1000 P3D
readers ;)
