The program that came with Logitech's older hand-scanners was called
"Ansel" (as I recall). It had a feature that you would select two
points on the image with a click-and-drag (it drew a
blinkety line for visualization). You then selected a menu option
and it would rotate the image to make that line horizontal.
This made skew corrections trivial to fix (and something needed with
a hand scanner).
Seems like this feature would be really nice for Photoshop or CorelPaint
to include. Or is it there just buried somewhere? :-)

P.S. - Unfortunately Ansel only handled B&W images.
