***** Maybe you weren't aware that DepthCharge is supposedly compatible
with the Total3D card, by design intent, and will let you set your viewing
preferences to page flipping. It then works better than the provided viewing
software from Canopus by letting you view images at more than standard
resolutions and allowing all the other viewing modes too. It's only the
interlaced presentation you wouldn't be using. Since you have page flipping,
no problem. If you have problems setting it up, write me off list and I'll
help you get it running.

***** I haven't used DC for a while so can't speak directly to it's current
evolutionary status, but at one point in time, not long ago in it's
development, it did load and read JPS images that do not contain the special
header as long as they conformed to the default defined configuration. There
shouldn't be any problem in using DC to view the JPS images on your site as
they currently exist. The embedding processes they use on the VRex site are
just their choice for presentation. They have other reasons for such
organization than might exist for your site. If there are problems using DC
on your site, with it correctly configured, then complain to Jon Siragusa
and express that you'd like that functionality to continue to exist in the
more accessible mode (ie: no problem with basic JPS images). As I said, the
last version that I tried worked. If it doesn't now, that's a
de-evolutionary direction. Contact me off list on this.
