2-camera synchronization

Please note that if you have focal plane shutters, synchronization tests
of a pair of cameras has little meaning unless the shutters of the two
cameras are moving in the same direction (so for instance, the
synchronization of two focal-plane-shutter cameras mounted base to base
will be no better than ~the X-sync speed).

Even with the cameras mounted side by side, if the shutter travels in a
horizontal direction, the slightly different view of the two cameras will
have a small effect on synchronization.
