Re: Plano 3700 Tackle/Stereo Slide Boxes

Someone on this list, I forget who, reported hearing that the 
Plano No. 3700 tackle box was being discontinued.  As many of 
us have found this to be an ideal cheap storage system for 
stereo slides, that would be a big disappointment.  I wrote 
via e-mail to the Plano Molding Co. to ask if this was true. 
Their reply was as follows:

> Our model #3700 has been in our line of boxes for many years.  
> There are no plans in the near future for dropping this box 
> from our line.

> Thank you for your interest in Plano Products. :-)

So it appears that there is no need to panic.
