Does that mean one should only use viewers (red-button, etc) in the dark?
If not, doesn't one have problems "switching" light sources when the viewer
is held to the eyes?  Should one have matching room-lighting (meaning night-only
or closed-room viewering only)?  How fast do the eyes adjust to the new
light source's color?  Is it "instantaneous"?

I'm all questions today.... :-)
