Close up lenticular photos

Does anyone know how to get good quality close-up or macro stereo
lenticular prints? I have a friend who has a long standing interest in
botany, and he would like to make stereo lenticular prints of the plants
that he encounters as he travels all over the world.

Ideally, he would be able to take normal stereo photos of large plants,
close-ups of smaller specimens, and macros of small blossoms and other
features. Does anyone make a multi-lens camera that he can focus? He
used a 3D wizard camera, but was not able to get close enough to get
pictures of smaller plants.

In a 3D FAQ document I found an incomplete reference to a 5-lens Pro
Model. Is there such a thing?

Off line responses are fine.

Thanks,

Jon Gross
