Green VM Case

Dan Shelley wrote he is going to sell a Green VM case and was wondering
about value.
I have one of these that I picked up for less than $10 at a flea market.
However, I have also seen them for sale up to $60.  The old addage it's only
worth what someone will pay for it seems to come into play in this instance.
