Crossviewing question

Hi everyone!

They finally caught me and are making me work hard at work...
So I don't have much time for chatting in photo-3d...
(:-) for some people, :-( for others...) :-)

Emil Volcheck is asking:

>Are there good cross-view devices for pictures with about 5-1/2"
>separation from left border to left border?

There is a miraculous device, called "Freeviewer's Assistant".
I reviewed this a couple of months ago in photo-3d. Here is a brief
abstract from my original posting:

>What does this thing do? How does it work? Simply stated,
>it shifts the view (changes convergence) of one eye. You place
>it in front of your right eye. The left eye looks directly at the
>left image. The sight of the right eye, through a set of two
>mirrors, is directed to the right image. The two images overlap.
>Result: 3D!!!

To cross view with this device, just place it in front of your
left eye. It is that simple!

>The "Freeviewer's Assistant" makes "Freeviewing" a breeze because

>shifting the convergence of the right eye it allows the eyes to
>converge and focus at the plane of the stereo image. Hence, it
>makes "Freeviewing" effortless.

Same is true for cross viewing. I can shift my gaze from the
computer screen to the mouse while I scroll screens and not
lose my crossviewing.
