Lenticular Processing / Widescreen centre

Can Tony Shapps please comment on the current situation regarding Lenticular
Processing / Printing services offered by the Widescreen Centre.
I sent a roll of (4 neg - Nimslo) film to the Widescreen ten weeks ago.
During a telephone conversation in the first week I was told the expected
turnaround was 4 to 5 weeks and told my film would be done on-site
(Nottingham U.K.).
During the seventh week I was sent a letter apologising for the delay and
blaming it on 'the unexpected volume of films received' and stating that
'... an alternative processing plant' was enabling them to increase their
output.
During the Nineth week I phone to find out where my pictures were, after two
follow-up calls I found out that the 'alternative processing plant' is in fact
in China and that my prints are stuck in customs in Hong Kong !
Tony - Can you please comment and give answers to my following questions for the
benefit of your U.K. and continental European customers
Can you tell us if any processing/printing is currently being done in the UK ?
If so what is the criteria for sending films to China ?
Are 3 negs printed in the UK and 4 negs in China ?
What is the current expected turnaround for lenticular processing ?
Is it different for 3 neg and 4 neg films ?
I will not ask when my prints will be back - I am sure you have your best
Mandarin speaker on the case. :-/
Thanks
