P3D Kodak Stereo repair

I found a good deal on a Kodak Stereo camera.......maybe.  The shutters are
erratic.  The 1/25 and 1/50 shutterspeeds are mucked up.  Sometimes the 1/50
is slower than the 1/25, and half the time, their speeds are on the order of
something like 1/2 to 1/10.  At other times, all the speeds at any setting
seem to be about the same (1/50 sec or faster -- can't eyeball it accurately,
but can see they are about the same).  

Are there any repairmen on the list who can tell me if a major or minor
repair is required;  i.e., how much I might be expected to pay to correct the
problem.
